Chris Clothier manages the development and implementation of sales and marketing processes for Memphis Invest, the largest and oldest Turnkey real estate investment company in the country. Memphis Invest manages over $600M in passive investment value for clients from around the country and world. Memphis Invest also completes over 1,000 single-family transactions annually, purchasing, renovating and placing each property into their management portfolio for purchase by a passive investor.

Chris serves as the external voice for the company, working with the team to help potential investors define their purpose for investing in real estate and educating peer companies on best practices in the growing turn-key real estate industry.

He is an experienced real estate speaker and addresses small and large audiences of real estate investors and business professionals nationwide several times each year. Chris has spoken at several IMN Investment conferences, the Inbound Conference hosted by marketing platform Hubspot and Ignite, the largest real estate investor conference in the country hosted annually in Las Vegas by Fortune Builders Real Estate Education company.

Chris has helped generate thousands of leads for the company through hundreds of speaking engagements and interviews as well as having developed an online presence for Memphis Invest. Today, Memphis Invest has completed over 5,000 investment properties being sold to real estate investors.
