Originally qualifying as a maths teacher in the UK, Louise has spent her working life helping others too learn. As a trainer and professional explainer, Louise enjoys taking difficult business scenarios and developing explanations which reveal that there's always simplicity the other side of complexity,

Louise has worked for Microsoft as both a contractor and an employee. As a founding Director of Licensing School, a business set up to provide resources and consulting services around Microsoft's software licensing, Louise provides a passion and enthusiasm rarely seen around this subject, but perhaps best summed up by her self-confessed mantra of "I Love Licensing".

Working with Microsoft's World Wide Licensing and Pricing team in Seattle, Louise has developed training materials and resources which are used by Microsoft and Microsoft's partners across the World.
