Sharon O’Dea is a writer, speaker, and consultant specialising in digital workplaces, employee experience, and the future of work. As co-founder of Lithos Partners, she helps complex, global organisations use technology to connect, communicate, and collaborate more effectively.

Before founding Lithos, Sharon led digital communications at Standard Chartered Bank, and has advised some of the world's most complex and high-profile organisations . Her work has been recognised with multiple industry awards, and she’s been named one of Onalytica’s Top Influencers on the Future of Work.

Sharon is co-author of Digital Communications at Work (Kogan Page, 2026), exploring how technology, culture, and design are reshaping how people connect at work. A frequent conference speaker and LinkedIn Top Voice, she’s known for her candid insights, accessible style, and deep understanding of how organisations really work.
