Pete Beck III

Pete has been involved at some level in pastoring and church leadership for many years. He married his high school sweetheart, Martha, with whom he has shared forty-eight years of marriage. They have four children, ten grandkids, and two great-grands. He is currently the pastor of Life Community Network, a small group based church in Burlington, NC.

Pete's journey as a follower of Christ began in 1971 while at Duke University. He was born again in the spring of that year, and in the fall experienced the baptism in the Holy Spirit. After over 50 years of living the Spirit-filled life, Pete decided to share what he knows and believes in his book, Promise of the Father. His hope is that it will help you understand and receive all that God has for you.

Pete's first book is also available on Amazon, Seeing God's Smile. It is about how to thrive in the midst of suffering and difficulties. He hopes it will help people to be able to see the blessings we can experience even during difficult challenges in life.
