The biggest problem facing America today is bad leadership. Bad leaders permeate our government institutions, our businesses, our schools and our civic organizations. Far too many selfish, arrogant, self-absorbed knuckleheads are in positions of power. And they seem to delight in making other people miserable.

This disease permeates our society at such a cellular level that it has become acceptable to trample on the rights and freedoms of others to get your own way. Our movies, music and literature have devolved into a glorification of rude and disgusting behavior.

I believe three essential goals should drive your daily life.

1-Do the right thing even when no-one is watching

2-Treat other people as they deserve to be treated

3-And strive to be excellent at what you do.
