Nancy Lail

Nancy Lail is the pen name for Dr. Nancy Lail Hopkins Phillips, a professor emeritus from a Virginia college who is currently retired and enjoying life in the Shenandoah Valley. She is an avid reader and writes books her four children, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren can read without embarassment. She spent her professional life writing books and journal articles but now schemes plots for pure escape and the satisfaction of creating characters and detective schemes not unlike Angela Lansbury's character in Murder She Wrote.
