Keris Marsden and Matt Whitmore are personal trainers who specialise in kettlebell training and nutrition from London, England. Both share a passion for movement, health and thriving in day to day life.
Having spent years working on a one to one basis with clients they decided to create a winning formula in a group environment and established Fitter London, a group training company designed to bring out the athlete in everyone.
Whilst Fitter London grew it soon became evident that encouraging people towards healthier dietary habits was a much harder task and so Fitter Food was born. After studying naturopathic nutrition they launched Fitter Food which specialises in creating pimped up, nutritious versions of traditional meals. It was developed to show people just how easy it is to make healthy food taste awesome. After developing a great online following they decided to collate all their creative recipes into a book with a simple yet entertaining tale of why you should eat this way.
Paleo Primer is their first book and after experiencing great success in the UK has been adapted for a US audience.
