Nick Evans

I'm a Poole-based author who has a background in technical writing. Some years ago I wrote two books in a scifi series for children, entitled "Xalata Orbit and Melody Fret". I've also been working on a third one to complete the trilogy. However, my time in the past few years has been taken in writing my memoirs, "A Glass Darkly", which explores the early death of my parents and the impact it had on me. Despite the subject matter, it's a heartwarming read and I hope that everyone enjoys it. And there is the new memoir in a much lighter vein - "The Life and Times of a Death Dodger".

I'm now almost completely retired from the company - Extramile Digital - that my wife and I set up in April 2000. It's recently celebrated a landmark birthday and continues to go from strength to strength. Meanwhile, I continue writing and enjoying the wonders of the South Coast.
