David J. Bobb

David J. Bobb, Ph.D., is president of the Bill of Rights Institute. Formerly he was the founding director of two national centers for Hillsdale College, the Washington, D.C.-based Allan P. Kirby, Jr. Center for Constitutional Studies and Citizenship, and the Hoogland Center for Teacher Excellence. Contributing editor to The U.S. Constitution: A Reader, he has written widely for national publications including the Wall Street Journal, Washington Times, Fast Company, and the Claremont Review of Books.
