Whit Honea

Whit Honea is an advocate of social and emotional learning, and co-founder of the philanthropic organization Dads 4 Change. He has appeared on NPR, ESPN, CNN, Hallmark Channel and in The Atlantic, among other outlets, as a resource for parents and educators. Deemed "the activist dad" by UpWorthy and one of the "funniest dads on Twitter" by Mashable, Whit has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize and is the 2015 winner of the Iris Award for Best Writing. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, their two sons and lots of pets. He loves a good hat.
