Paul B Kohler

When I’m not trying to convince my family that my "research" into obscure folklore and late-night horror films is actually work, I write books. My novel Linear Shift and The Humanity's Edge series have somehow tricked people into thinking I know what I'm doing. My short stories occasionally slip through the cracks of reality and into anthologies when the editors aren't paying attention—including "Rememorations" in The Immortality Chronicles, which was apparently good enough to get nominated for some fancy awards.

I live in Anthem, Arizona, with my wife and two cats, who have learned to accept that I talk to imaginary demons and otherworldly entities for a living.

When the veil between worlds finally tears completely, I will probably be the guy who investigates the strange noise in the basement. But hey, at least I'll have written about it first.
