Perry Abrams was born in Las Vegas in the early 1980's. During his adolescence he spent most of his time playing video games and reading science fiction stories. As he grew up he tried various after school activities in High School and was deeply involved in the technical theatre program there. He spent his time at home making video game mods and learning to play the guitar, afterward he went on to study computer science at UNLV. He later changed his major to Architecture because it reminded him of doing level design in video games from when he was in high school. Perry graduated with a bachelor's of science in the field of architecture and he spent three years working in the field at Pugsley, Simpson, Coulter Architects. During this time Perry worked on the blueprints for the Southwest Career and Technical Academy in Las Vegas as well as several other major buildings completed by the firm. This time was a high point in Perry's life, he started brewing beer as a hobby and spent many weekends happily at work doing something he loved. With the down-turn of the economy because of the housing bubble, Perry lost his job and spent a year unemployed filling out job applications, and developing a slight case of agoraphobia because of this isolation. Perry finally found a home working for a large corporation where he does IT making use of his knowledge of computer science. During his time of unemployment he had an idea rattling around for a series of books, and now that he was financially stable he began writing. Several years on he released his first book and is currently working on it's sequel.
