Philip Janvier
Philip Janvier was born in Liverpool in 1957 and studied Theology at Trinity College, Bristol. He is an award-winning documentary videographer and loves writing. He is addicted to reading, loves children’s fantasy novels and Doctor Who. Inspired by the likes of CS Lewis, JRR Tolkien, Ursula Le Guin, Alan Garner and JK Rowling he created the character of Fin Butler. The Fin Butler Adventures are his first venture into children's fantasy novels. He is married and lives in Liverpool where he is the Team Rector of St Stephen’s, Gateacre.
