Paul Dunion, EdD, is a psychological healer and philosopher committed to promoting the understanding of life as a mysterious, insecure, and unpredictable journey. For forty years his offerings have aimed at deepening a capacity to receive the mystery of life and accepting ourselves as those who have chosen to travel such an odyssey and craft a devotion to living intimately.
Often described as an eclectic mystic, Paul teaches not only how to make peace with mystery but also how to take the descended path, which can be characterized as a commitment to personal accountability, carrying one’s truth with compassion while viewing life as a powerful initiation into personal depths. Paul believes that our primary spiritual task is learning how our wills can dance rhythmically with fate, creating our own destiny.
His special interests have included supporting couples to fully experience the initiation of their marriages and building communities where men can be welcomed into the depths of their maturity. In 1992 he founded Boys to Men, a mentoring program for teenage boys in Norwich, CT. Also, he is the Founder of COMEGA, the bi-annual Connecticut Men’s Gathering. Having been involved in the early beginnings of the mytho-poetic men's movement, he has facilitated weekly men's groups for over 30 years.
Paul is a Senior Consultant and Transformational Faculty with Mobius Executive Leadership, offering trainings worldwide both to groups and individuals.
Following a legacy of Celtic storytellers, writing and speaking are some of Paul’s strongest gifts. He has blogged regularly for Huffington Post, Medium, and Self-Growth and has written dozens of articles pertaining to Human Potential.
His seventh book, released in January 2023, is titled My Days with Emma: A Soulful Path to Elderhood. Emma, his most widely-read book to date, is a Literary Titan Book Award winner.
Family: In Search of Genuine Belonging, his eighth book, will be released in early 2024.
