I have written a book about the unexplained, a series of self-help workbooks, and I taught classes on stress, sleep and beginning sign language on Cruise Ships. I have had my own video production company for over 20 years and have written 3 comedy pilots for TV, along with several documentaries.
We all want the same things: a healthy life, a successful career, and meaningful relationships. We also all have the same twenty-four hours in every day. The ability to use those hours productively varies tremendously from person to person. That is why I created my "Guided Journal Series", or as I like to call it; journaling with a purpose. Instead of just writing things down never to be looked at again, these workbooks help guide you through specific intentions and actions to a more productive life.
The first in the series is "My Daily Accomplishment Journal" which focuses on our daily achievements instead of our never-ending to-to lists. There will always be something more to do. We take a look at what is distracting you, including your stress, your beliefs and self-esteem, your excuses and even listen your distractions listed in the Distraction Tracker!
