Laurence Vanhee holds a degree in Business Administration from the HEC business school, and has pursued a successful international HR career in a variety of sectors, always working within organizations undergoing profound change. As a result, she has been able to immerse herself in the operational and strategic realities of retailing, heavy industry, telecoms, real estate consultancy, high-tech medical/pharmaceutical and public sectors.
Laurence's innovative approach, which leverages happiness at work as a source of sustainable performance, earned her the title of HR Director of the Year in Belgium in 2012, after contributing to the much-publicized transformation of the Belgian Ministry of Social Security. She was also recognized in 2020 as one of the world's 50 most influential leaders in Happiness at Work (India).
Since 2013, she has been sharing her expertise through her conferences, her books “Happy RH” and “Au coeur des Transformations”, her unique management models (The9NPM, L'équation du bonheur au travail, les 6 piliers du bonheur au travail, le modèle TIP (Transformation à Impacts Positifs), her guest lectures (MBA Open University - Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam). Her consulting firm Happyformance, based in Belgium, has become an international benchmark for cultural and organizational transformations with positive impacts.
