Robert L. Ferguson

Robert L. (Bob) Ferguson has more than 50 years of experience in the field of nuclear energy and managing nuclear waste. He is a former Deputy Assistant Secretary for Nuclear Programs within the U.S. Department of Energy, and former CEO of the Washington Public Power Supply System (now Energy Northwest). He is responsible for building the Fast Flux Test Facility, a government test reactor for the Breeder Reactor Program, and the Columbia Generating Station, a commercial nuclear reactor still in operation on the Hanford Site in eastern Washington.
