Dr. Sanjay Kumar (1976- ) was born in Rohtak, a small town in Haryana, India and lives in Gurgaon in Delhi-NCR, India. His doctoral work is in the area of packaged food and consumers perception, buying behaviour and eating habits of ready to eat, ready to cook and frozen food apart from packaged food. Presently, he runs a business of renewable energy (solar) in India named "Green Solar Energy" www.greensun.com.
