Julia Oversloot

Julia Oversloot is the youngest daughter of Jacob (Jaap) and Jeltje (Jel) Oversloot who immigrated to the United States in 1950. Her parents are a Dutch couple who lived in The Netherlands during the Holocaust protecting a Jewish couple who in turn protected their infant son. "Decency and Luck" is her first book and tells the story of two Dutch couples during World War II. Julia is grateful she is able to share this wonderful story on a national stage.
