L. E. Thissell

L. E. Thissell (1956 - ) was born in Redmond, Oregon and raised in Seneca, a small logging and ranching community in Eastern Oregon. In 1968, his parents bought, and began developing, the family ranch that he now owns and operates in Harney County, Oregon. Aircraft electrician, electronics technician, mill worker, customs agent, and truck driver are just some of the professions in which he has been involved. He has travelled the world and has lived in many parts of the U.S. and Europe. He is a retired state corrections officer for incarcerated youth, a writer, a musician and, of course, a rancher.
