Dr. Shell is a Chiropractor who practices in Grosse Pointe Woods Michigan. She graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree. Dr. Shell obtained her Doctorate from The National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. The focus of her practice is on clinical nutrition and holistic-based chiropractic.

"I became a chiropractor because I wanted to help people heal naturally. As a chiropractor, I was very aware of how poor nutrition affects the spine and the nervous system. It’s funny to me that most people really do not correlate their health to their lifestyle. So now I am on a mission to clear up all the nutritional misconceptions parents face. To help me do this, I utilize Nutrition Response Testing, along with thousands of other practitioners. It is an neuromuscular feedback technique that addresses the body as a whole. I recommend diet modifications and very specific nutritional supplements to help patients rebuild their bodies from the inside out.

Every day I help people relearn how to eat. I love nothing more than the look of shock patients give me when they feel better with food! They can’t believe it’s that simple. So many patients have been to multiple doctors with multiple problems that magically disappear when they nourish their bodies correctly. I want this realization for everyone out there looking for answers and searching for optimal health. I want my children to live healthy, happy, fulfilling lives. I want this for you and your children, as well. And you can have it. I see it every day."
