Michael J. Madison

Michael J. Madison is a Professor of Law at the University of Pittsburgh, in Pittsburgh, PA, USA. He is a Senior Scholar with the University of Pittsburgh Institute for Cyber Law, Policy and Security (Pitt Cyber), Faculty Director of the Future Law Project, and a Faculty Affiliate of the University of Pittsburgh Center for Governance and Markets. He teaches and writes about knowledge and data governance, including knowledge commons, cultural commons, urban planning and economic development, and intellectual property law and public policy.
