Greg Johns

Greg Johns began writing as a hobby late in life. His first book, Cold Warrior, was a memoir of his Navy service in Vietnam and in a nuclear submarine 35 years ago. He did not make a career of the Navy. Instead, after five years he resigned his commission and undertook a successful career in business. Greg's objective is to share his unique experiences during a unique time in history with those who lived and served in the military during the Cold War. They and they alone would understand the combination of dedication and ambivalence presented in the book, often with a heavy dose of humor.
