Allen Ratta is a pastor, author, speaker, and disciple-maker with a passion for helping people experience a deeper life with God. For more than two decades, he has served as a lead pastor and ministry leader, guiding believers toward spiritual renewal, intimacy with Christ, and lasting transformation.

A pioneer in church networking and leadership development, Allen founded ConnectionPower, an innovative church software platform later acquired by a NASDAQ company. He has trained church leaders across the nation, served in national ministry leadership, spoken at conferences and seminars, and published the PowerGrowth newsletter, which reached more than 67,000 subscribers.
