Winston Widdes

Winston Widdes was born in Tarzana, CA in 1979, and lived in southern California for18 years, before moving to Berkeley, CA for school where he studied music for 2 years before moving back to San Diego. He graduated from UC Berkeley with honors and credits his writing to get him in to school there. With his writing he aims to spread flow state experiences that will have a positive impact in five areas of life including: Mind, Body, Spirit, Social and Cash Flow.

His "Find Your Flow® book series touches on each of these areas of life and brings in the experience of others to share their stories. His first book, "The Social Experiment" is an interactive book that challenges the reader to take a small action that will have profound results.

His second book, "How To Read Music in 50 Minutes" is a tool to help people gain fluency in music, based off techniques that he has developed over the years teaching music students throughout San Diego. It includes free resources that will help interested musicians read music quicker and easier than they ever thought possible.

He has published several books as a licensed real estate agent and real estate investor. Some that he wrote to help investors flip more houses, do more deals, and get more off-market leads. He also has written books and created courses to help real estate agents learn to work with real estate investors.

Widdes currently resides East of Dallas, TX with his wife Elena, their sons Bradley and Ethan, Bella the cat and their dogs Bob and Moxie.
