Michaela Rodeno is a business leader, entrepreneur, corporate director, consultant, grape grower, wife, and mother. Her successful 40-year career in the wine industry encompasses two major startups, Domaine Chandon and St. Supery. Twenty-one years as a CEO made her a role model for aspiring young people, especially women, who want to excel. She studied for a year in Bordeaux, speaks fluent French, and holds an MA in French Literature from U.C. Davis, and an MBA from Berkeley/Haas. She and her attorney husband live on their 25-acre vineyard in Napa Valley, where they produce fewer than 175 cases annually of highly regarded Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon under their Villa Ragazzi label.
