Lisa Potchen

I discovered my love of writing when I was 12. I would spend hours in my room creating my own fantasy worlds, developing characters and imagining adventures they would take.

I am a former correspondent for the Springford Reporter and Valley Item newspapers. My feature stories have also appeared in The Times Herald. In addition, I am also a founding member of What's the 422?, an on-line newspaper serving Western Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

Bella's Dream is my first self-published novel. When writing Bella's Dream, I found that my idea for how the book would progress changed quickly as the characters developed and began to take on a life of their own.

Writing Bella's Dream was one of the most enriching and rewarding experiences of my life.
