John Weich

Writer, satirist, cultural critic, soccer dad – John Weich is currently based in the Netherlands where he lives with his wife and two daughters. From naively wandering across the post-Soviet landscape and test-riding bikes in Osaka to editing magazines in London, Istanbul and New York, writing beer can copy in Holland and chasing down arabica beans in Ethiopia, the LA native has been a ballyhooman his whole life and didn’t even know it.

A former senior editor of Wallpaper, ArtReview and 34 magazines, John's previous books include Storytelling on Steroids: 10 Stories that Hijacked the Pop Culture Conversation, 8:32 to Amsterdam and The Invention of Brand Poetry.
