Tim Miller is President, CEO and sole proprietor of Nashville-based Flatsigned.com is a six year old retail company specializing in the procurement and sale of rare and collectible books, first-editions, signed books, manuscripts, historical documents. In 2003 and 2004, the company's realized gross revenues of $2,000,000 per year and an EBITA of 40%.

In 2004,Flatsigned started it's own Publishing House -- FlatSigned Press, and began promoting/marketing of limited edition signed books by such noted authors as President Gerald Ford, astronaut Buzz Aldrin and Lt. General Harold Moore, the commander of the very first battle in the Vietnam War.

Flatsigned.com has realized success of the publishing of its first book in this segment “President John F. Kennedy: Assassination Report of the Warren Commission” with an exclusive new forward written by President Gerald Ford , the last surviving member of the Warren Commission. The two titles from Astronaut and Moonwalker Buzz Aldrin are "Encounter With Tiber" where the lettered editions are also hand signed by "2001: A Space Odyssey" author Sir Arthur C. Clarke, and "Men From Earth." The title from Harold (Hal) Moore is "We Were Soldiers Once....and Young."Flatsigned.com specialized not just in rare Books today; art, manuscripts, first-edition books, autographs and related collectibles are also available for their VIP Clients. Flatsigned.com Founder & C.E.O, Tim Miller, has Twenty+ years experience in marketing and retailing rare books and documents. From 1996 – 1999, he served as Chief Operating Officer of United Publishing,based in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to this he served as the Executive Director of the Wisconsin Junior Chamber of Commerce, a Staff Officer of the United States Junior Chamber of Commerce and a Personnel Officer with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Regional Medical Center at Memphis, Tennessee. In 1999, he founded Flatsigned.com in Chicago, before relocating his enterprise to Nashville, Tennessee in 2001. Mr. Miller in a member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) whose members are often seen on the PBS show "Antiques Roadshow", the Manuscript Society, the Universal Autograph Collectors Club (UACC) and is considered to be one of the experts in his field. He is a chapter contributor to “The Sanders Price Guide to Autographs”(the definitive price-guide for autograph collectors), many other books and magazines in the autograph field and was recently featured on nationally marketed infomercial because of his expertise in this growing field. It was Mr. Miller who reached exclusive agreements with President Gerald Ford, Val Kilmer, Harold Moore and astronaut Buzz Aldrin to publish the limited edition signed books currently offered by his company.

Mr. Miller is a graduate of Austin Peay University & received a Full-Scholarship to attend Memphis State University School of Law,; represented his university nationally as a member of their Award-winning, Debate Team; represented APSU at The University of The Rockies' "Forensics & Debate Prep & Competition; and is a Lyndon Baines Johnson Scholar, so Appointed & Approved by vote of the US Congress.

Tim Miller was recognized early in life as being special by Who's Who in American High Schools & again for consecutive years by Who's Who in American Colleges & Universities: 1976 -1984; eight(8) consecutive years. Miller served Congressman Robin Beard, R) of Tennessee, as a Staff Member. Miller worked for The U.S. Congress & covered the United States House of Representatives, the US Senate & was White House Press Correspondent for WJZM.

Washington, D.C. in 1979 when he covered both The Senate & House of Representatives and also White House Press Correspondent as a reporter for WJZM. in Clarksville, TN. Miller was recruited to become a Staff Officer for Congressman Robin Beard(R) 6th District, who would go on to run for US Senate & become the Highest-Ranking, Civilian Employee of NATO!

Earlier in his career Miller was elected to both civic & political offices &'Founded others, hoping to instill civic pride & community involvement within others. He was elected & served as President of Montgomery County, Tennessee/Austin Peay State University College Republicans (later the Young Republicans) in 1978, Vice President then President & Chairman of the Board of the the Mid-South Aquarium Society in 1985 for two terms, Director, Vice President and then President of the Memphis Junior Chamber of Commerce in 1989 and served as State-Wide Executive Officer of the Tennessee Jaycees in 1990.

The following year he was recruited by the United States Junior Chamber to fill a position specifically for him---National Staff Officer Assigned to: Michigan, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New York & Vermont. After three years he was recruited by several of these State-Wide Organizations to serve as their Chief Administrative Officer. In January of 1995 he set-out for his beloved Wisconsin where he still maintains residence.
