In 1996, Janice Hoffman was personally trained by Dr. John Gray, best-selling author of the Mars Venus empire.  Working closely with Dr. Gray, Janice facilitated the various Mars Venus Workshops, including training over 550 Mars Venus Facilitators worldwide. 

From that passion, Janice condensed the concepts in Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus into her own book, Relationship Rules-12 Strategies For Creating A Love That Lasts, winning a 1st place award with the Colorado Independent Publishers Association.

Recently getting national attention for high school teens is the Get Smart Dating program, created by Janice in 1997. Get Smart Dating is going strong. The program is lead by the teens themselves. In this two hour program, the teens share through games and skits the skills needed to successfully navigating the dating world at their age. Janice's is expanding the Get Smart Dating program nationally, so all teens will have the opportunity to learn these very important and critical relationship skills -- that can literally save their lives.
