Dave Douglas

Dave Douglas (1943- )splits his year between Victoria, B.C. (winter) and Kootenay Lake near Nelson, B.C. (summer).

With over 45 years in senior leadership positions in the Public & Private sectors and working extensively with youth (Scouting Canada, Navy Cadets, RYLA {Rotary Youth Leadership Program [30 years]}, coaching and mentoring), Dave knows a lot when it comes to working with and inspiring youth in leadership skills.

Taking this knowledge and experience Dave has written Leading the Way - a step by step guide to discovering and building your leadership skills. He is known as a CHAMPION for encouraging today’s youth to become our LEADERS of tomorrow.
