E.K. Smith

E.K. Smith is a veteran teacher whose classroom was always filled with great books. When she couldn't find enough beginner books to entertain her 1st and 2nd grade boys who were still learning to read, she decided to write her own. E.K. believes that all boys (and girls) have the right to read about boy things like exploding worms, evil potatoes and a morphing alien. E.K. currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her family and her boxador Marty.
