Sara Read

Sara Read is a lecturer in English at Loughborough University in the Midlands, England.

She teaches English literature from all eras but mainly that which was written in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. Her academic research has a focus on the literary and cultural representation of the female reproductive body. She has written articles for a variety of history magazines such as History Today, Who Do You Think You Are?, Discover Your Ancestors, Your Family History and others.
