Jason Daly

Jason Daly is a passionate cook and writer based in the UK. His love of food began early in life and he is a very accomplished baker and also cooks a mean curry!

He has had a varied life working as an engineer, Biomedical Scientist, IT product specialist and has also served in the Army and Navy and has always had a passion for writing.

He currently lives in the North of England with his wife and 4 children.
