Christine Giordano, writing as C. A. Dano, was born in Bronxville, New York. The granddaughter of the (late) renowned muralist, Vincent Maragliotti, Christine vacationed regularly on the Cape for much of her adult life and now regards the sedate Massachusetts peninsula as home.
Christine both wrote and illustrated a series of short stories for children, followed by her first adult novel, THE HOURGLASS, a poignant story of a woman stricken with ovarian cancer at the pinnacle of her life and the legacy she leaves behind.
Christine and her husband, Michael, divide their time between a home in upstate New York and another on Cape Cod. Together they have raised four children and three Shelties, all the while continuing to live the lives stories are made of.
Her second novel, TRITON'S ZODIAC, is a historical fiction set on Cape Cod during The Great Hurricane of 1938.
