Peter Gerardo

Peter Gerardo is a freelance journalist and ghostwriter who has written more than 25 books on personal improvement, leadership, history and business over the past 13 years.

A graduate of NYU's journalism school, he launched his career as an editorial assistant at The New York Times with articles published in the Business, Real Estate and Metro sections. Afterward, he was copy editor at Travel Agent magazine and Sylvia Porter’s Personal Finance before serving as editorial director of a small public relations firm. Today, he runs Prospect Enterprises LLC, ghostwriting books, eBooks and articles for small businesses and non-profits.

An enthusiastic practitioner of Zen Buddhism, Pete now lives in Salisbury, Maryland, with his wife Linda and three enlightened cats, Kirby, Dusty and Abigail.

Although he believes Zen meditation improved his golf game immeasurably, Pete notes that a better golf score is (probably) not the main goal of Buddhism.
