Karsten Strothmann

Karsten Strothmann is the Global Head of SAP Gateway CPS (Customer and Product Success) at SAP SE. The CPS organization focuses from Walldorf, Germany, from Bangalore,India, and from Palo Alto in the United States on supporting selected customer projects, on enablement topics and on bringing in a customer perspective into SAP Gateway quality assurance.

Karsten has eighteen years of experience in the software industry, sixteen of those at SAP. Before joining SAP Gateway in 2010 he worked on diverse topics such as mobile, SAP SRM, and the SAP Portal. During his career he has applied himself to highly varied roles in product management, development, project management, quality management, and consulting acquiring a holistic view of both software creation and its usage. Karsten holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from TU Dortmund University, Germany.
