Hello! Welcome to my Amazon author site. It’s a strange thing, but it ends up that much of my life revolves around death.

* I was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer in 2012 and told I had six months to live unless the chemo worked (I’m doing fine now, thanks).

* I’m a hospital chaplain and spend a lot of time with people who are sick and dying.

* I am writing a fantasy adventure novel series through the Bible (Jak & the Scarlet Thread) because I’m convinced it is possible for us to live after we die. Sounds crazy, I know, but I really think it’s possible.

* I wrote a theological trilogy (A Beautiful Hell) because, ever since I was 15 years old, I’ve been asking this question, "What is it about Jesus’ death and resurrection that can save us from death and hell?"

So there you have it - Death is inevitable, but there’s a way through it to life. That’s the story I’m telling in many different ways. Hope you join me on the journey.
