Jay Slagle is a children's fiction novelist based in Omaha, Nebraska. He is the author of the Jack and Noah series, including Jack and Noah's Big Day (published in October 2013) and Jack and Noah's Big Election (to be published in June 2016). The series is a fun-filled ride through third-grade misadventures, catastrophes caused by a four-year-old neighbor boy, and frequent visits by policemen and firefighters. Jack's little sister Greta does her best to save Jack and Noah from disaster, whether it's by serving as their lawyer or running their summer camp. The series include recurring lessons about friendship, charity, persistence and responsibility. Children from age 6 to 80 will let their imaginations run free when they celebrate the big lives of Jack, Noah and their friends. Jay Slagle may be a boring accountant in real life, but his fictional family is hilarious.
