Joe Cooley

Joe Cooley grew up in the rugged mountains of eastern Kentucky where he excelled in basketball. During his senior of high school, he accepted a full scholarship to Clemson University in South Carolina. Joe holds a master degree and Rank I in counseling from Eastern Kentucky University. He is a retired chemistry teacher.

The Spirit of the Lord taught him a simple and effective technique for finding God’s will for his personal life. He now shares this strategy with believers in his new book: Pray One Way—Then—Pray the Opposite Way. He now lives with his wife, Linda, in Versailles, Kentucky. They have two lovely daughters.
