Patrick Rice

Dr. Patrick Rice is Equity and Director of Field Services for the Illinois Association of School Boards. From 2006-2010, he was an adjunct professor for McKendree College in Lebanon, IL and building principal for the Mount Vernon City Schools, District 80. Also, he was an administrator for Danville School District 118 and East St. Louis School District 189. Prior to becoming an administrator, Dr. Rice taught U.S. History for District 189 as well as Springfield Public Schools 186. Due to his educational experience, Dr. Rice is a sought after presenter and have conducted numerous workshops and seminars. A native of East St. Louis, IL, Dr. Rice is a noted member of Alpha Phi Alpha, Fraternity, Inc. He graduated from Southwestern Illinois College, Eastern Illinois University and Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and has multiple certifications including his superintendent’s endorsement.
