Gershon Mader

Gershon Mader is founder and President of Quantum Performance Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in generating total alignment and engagement in organizations. His work has encompassed a broad range of industries including banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, entertainment, real estate and retail.

For more than three decades, Gershon has designed and delivered large-scale change projects throughout North and South America, Europe, APAC and the Middle East. His clients have included such leading companies as Capital One, Lucent Technologies, Chubb Insurance, Cushman & Wakefield, United Way and Cisco Systems.

Prior to founding Quantum Performance Inc., Gershon was a senior executive for several international training and consulting firms where he coached and consulted executives and mangers to create bold and innovative strategies as well as achieve dramatic improvements in individual and team productivity, communication and performance.

After retiring as a captain from his military service in an elite commando combat unit, he continued to coach senior military officers and combat teams in high-performance communication and team building.

Based on his work with over 60,000 people, Mader co-authored the best-selling business book "The Power of Strategic Commitment: Achieving Extraordinary Results Through TOTAL Alignment and Engagement” (AMACOM, July 2009). The book offers readers practical tools, proven methods and meaningful case studies garnered from a broad range of global companies.
