English born Steve Rush is passionate about helping others; He is the CEO of Improov Consulting, a boutique consulting firm who have clients all over the world. After a successful Executive Leadership career with several global businesses he became a coach and business consultant to other executives to pass on his learning, studies and leadership lessons. He's a columnist for CEO World Magazine, featured in dozens of articles and seen as a Guru on leadership and transformation.
