Robert Lane is the author of the critically praised Jake Travis stand alone novels. Lane's debut novel, "The Second Letter", won the Gold Medal in the Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA) Benjamin Franklin Awards for Best New Voice: Fiction. His books are also the recipient of the Eric Hoffer Award for Best Mystery as well as two-time winner of Readers’ Favorite Gold Medal for Fiction/Mystery.
