Matt J. Webber

My name is Matt Webber and I have been an athletic trainer for over thirty years. I recently retired from working in high schools my entire career to work on researching athletic training history. Since I was educated in the "old days" before athletic training majors were widely available, I majored in social science with a minor in athletic training, so history has always been one of my interests.

I joined the National Athletic Trainers' Association while a student and have been an active member in my state, district and national associations. I am very proud to be a member of the AzATA, RMATA and NATA Halls of Fame.
