Age sixty nine, with my husband live in a beautiful part of Morbihan, Brittany France. Brought up in Lancashire, England. No grand education, leaving school, with one 'O' level, Art. Immediately sought work. At nineteen, gained work leading eventually to living and working in various areas of Europe, a committed European. Returned to live and work in West Yorkshire for twenty years, before official retirement. Does a woman ever retire? No, not a hard core feminist. Keep young in mind and spirit, and healthy, with my writing, sewing, swimming, walking, gym work as well as housework which I find is great exercise. A large garden husband's domain. Present home, Bretton style, thankfully large enough to accommodate two children and their families when visiting on mass.

Never consciously thought of publishing a novel, until a friend, here in France, an author of children's books, suggested e books as a suitable format.

Most days sit in front of a laptop and enter into the world of characters, who become entangled romantically, willingly or not so willingly. First attempt to self publish, whoops was it the right thing to do! Chose a light novel penned ten years earlier, gathering dust, required rejigging. Up-dated to easy reading, to hopefully appeal to females of all ages from mid-late teens. The leveller, would mother and nieces read it? Going for it, I rose to the challenge.
