Bill Flury

Bill is an experienced consultant specializing in project management and process improvement. As a project manager with MITRE Corporation he led the development and implementation of major military, state and local government information systems. At SRA International he managed 85 hybrid, high-tech projects with a perfect cost, schedule and performance record.

He has taught project management and systems engineering at American University and for the Center for Systems Management. Bill developed a process improvement assessment and consulting practice and has been a frequent facilitator of process improvement workshops for government agencies and their contractors.
