Mark Shearman

I am currently completing my postgraduate MA in writing. I wrote my first weekly column for a Spanish English language magazine in 2011 and from there hundreds of feature articles for newspapers.

Eventually, I became a full-time journalist for an award-winning media group who run six regional newspapers. Along with my own full-page; I wrote features, editorials, copywriting, and articles for both print and the online newspapers.

I have written six books from fiction novels to non-fiction and short stories for anthologies.

Back in the UK, I work as a freelance journalist.
