Chris Ogden is Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor in Asian Security at the University of St Andrews. His research interests concern the relationship between foreign policy, national identity, and domestic politics in South Asia (primarily India) and East Asia (primarily China), as well as the analytical uses of social psychology in International Relations. Chris has previously taught at the Universities of Edinburgh, Glasgow, Durham, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong, is recognised as a Fellow of the UK's Higher Education Academy (HEA), and is a Senior Research Fellow with the Foreign Policy Centre (FPC) in London.
