Melissa West (Malueg) is the founder and CEO of Xtreme Results, LLC—a powerful catalyst for life transformation. In 2011, Melissa became business partners with John C. Maxwell—the #1 leadership guru in the world. Today she serves as a faculty member for his certification program. As part of this elite international team of 6, she has helped over 3,200 professionals from more than 101 countries build their own coaching, speaking, and training businesses.

Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a graduate from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) where she earned her Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner accreditations.
